My, my, my, what a hidden gem. This was my first time using AirBnB and I was pleasantly surprised. The property was very spacious, modern, (I loved the glass cover over the stove, though I never used it..lol) the rooms were comfortable, and the beds were soft and encouraged a restful night sleep. So much so that my friend and I fell asleep twice when we planned to go out, because our beds held us captive. It was nice to have beach towels, since we forgot to pack those, and nice to have an outdoor patio area where we could enjoy the breeze and view without being scorched by the sun. John was pretty responsive and very accommodating. Our flight back to the USA was delayed by FIVE hours and John was gracious enough to allow us to stay as long as we needed. So we took off our travel gear and went right back in our swim wear and spent the day by the rooftop pool. It was nice to meet the other residents who seem to be long term renters, so we felt safe knowing that we had consistent neighbors. The property was extremely close to everything, we walked to restaurants, bars, the beach, shopping attractions, etc, but we took an uber back because that hill was not our friend. Nope. Funny, on the last day we discovered a set of stairs that we could have used instead of the road. Ha! I would definitely look to John when I return to PVR. His property was in a beautiful location, a marvelous view, quiet (except for the cock that crowed for about 6 hours) and super convenient. The view from this condo is amazing, the location is wonderful, right on the beach, it was a good place to come back to after being out by the pool or at the beach all day long.

Location, location, location! The views are even better in person! We loved staying here and got to watch dolphins and whales right from our balcony. It’s an easy taxi to downtown but away from the hustle and bustle when you want to relax on the beach or by the pool. We did do one all inclusive day at the resort and it was okay, but we highly recommend leaving the resort and exploring all Puerto Vallarta has to offer. The Taco Tour is great! We felt very safe just exploring on our own. We only wish our stay was longer

Casa Abina is a great new condo unit with all the amenities we needed including a BBQ. We had a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit on the main floor. A short walk to the Malecon, beach and old town PV area where there are lots of restaurants, markets and shopping. Staff are terrific and helpful. Guard dogs (Puc and Bandito) are super friendly. Jeremiah made sure we were well taken care of and had everything we needed during our 2 week stay. Loved the heated pool on the main floor and the dipping pool on the rooftop terrace. Enjoyed having our morning coffee in the courtyard. Thanks for the wonderful vacation!
